HANNAH UBL – From model to healer

Some journeys to healing begin in unlikely places.

Today I am lucky enough to share my sister with you all. Hannah is an amazing woman who cares deeply about others and the Earth. For many years she has struggled with body image issues and even pushed herself to the point of a nervous breakdown.

Today, Hannah thrives in Sydney, she manages two stores, a whole food elixir bar “Orchard St”  a whole food supermarket “The health Emporium”. Hannah caters for retreats, runs workshops and all while balancing the experience with a little healing to even her life out. Hannah enjoys the variety this experience brings. Healing and connecting to the Universal Energy has given Hannah freedom and a system to navigate through the emotions that arise. She has faced her darkness and shone a bright light on it.

Her journey is inspiring and one I feel would benefit the Light Tribe.

Hannah modeled for years taking the hits and enjoying the wins. From photo shoots with up and coming photographers to Project Runway to a career overseas, throughout this experience she has found who Hannah really is. The highs and lows gave her contrast and the ability to trust herself and love herself more deeply than she would have ever thought possible. During this podcast Hannah shares her transition from model to raw food chef to healer, and the emotional ride this took her on.
