Pachamama Ceremony in Urubamba

This sounds and looks like one of the most amazing ways to see Peru and Machu Picchu and experience Peru in a completely different way compared to the usual tourist routes.

With a special focus on tradition and connecting with the true Spirit Of Preu, I was really interested in the ceremony connecting to Pachamama.

Pachamama is a goddess revered by the indigenous people of the Andes. She is also known as the earth/time mother. In Inca mythology, Pachamama is a fertility goddess who presides over planting and harvesting, embodies the mountains, and causes earthquakes.

I feel like this is the way I want to see Peru and I am so pleased that Karen was able to share her story with us today.
