Drawing from numerous regression therapy case studies Natalie has facilitated, the speakers describe a time characterised by megalithic structures, advanced human abilities like telepathy and shapeshifting and a society governed by “masters” who ultimately misused their power. These masters manipulated the populace through powerful thoughts, leading people to surrender their individual power. This era culminated in the enslavement of shapeshifting beings for entertainment and ended in a cataclysmic event, a memory of which is now surfacing in many people.

The core message is that humanity is at a similar critical juncture and must learn from the past to avoid repeating it. The path forward involves turning inward, questioning societal and internal programming and reclaiming individual power. This requires moving from mind-based conditioning and fear to a heart-centered consciousness. By practicing self-reflection, discernment and taking personal responsibility for one’s energy and emotional triggers, individuals can break free from obsolete cycles, live authentically and contribute to a more harmonious collective reality where external control becomes unnecessary.
